Breaking down the boxes can reduce the space they occupy and may make the pickup faster. Send photos even if the boxes are still assembled so we can review the actual volume.

Do the boxes need to be flattened?
Flattening is strongly encouraged because it reduces volume and makes loading faster, but send photos if you need help with assembled boxes. Additional labor or volume may affect the quote.
Do the boxes need to be empty?
Yes. Remove household contents, foam, bubble wrap, plastic, packing peanuts, food and other non-cardboard materials before pickup.
Can you pick up cardboard from inside?
Yes, when access is workable. We can carry approved boxes from garages, rooms, apartments and basements. Mention stairs, elevators and parking when requesting the quote.
Will clean cardboard be recycled?
Clean, dry and separated cardboard has the best chance of meeting local recycling-facility requirements. Wet, greasy, moldy or mixed material may require different disposal. We review the condition of the load before pickup.
