Clear, scope-based pricing

Upfront pricing for junk removal and moving help

NewPath prices each job from the smallest safe, realistic operating plan. When the scope is clear, I confirm one all-inclusive price before booking. If important details are missing, I clearly label the price as an estimate or range and explain what still needs to be confirmed. A confirmed quote is honored when the job materially matches the agreed scope and assumptions.

Household junk removal planning ranges

These ranges assume ordinary household material. Access, weight, disassembly, special disposal, route, vehicle, and labor determine the confirmed quote.

Typical scope Planning range What it generally covers
Route-stacked curbside item $125–$195 A small, dry, accessible pickup that fits an existing route and does not require a dedicated rental.
Dedicated small household pickup $325–$350 A nearby standard large item or very small household load requiring a dedicated trip, with straightforward access and ordinary disposal.
About 1/4 truck load $350–$425 Small furniture piles, boxes, or a partial-room cleanout requiring a dedicated trip.
About 1/2 truck load $425–$525 A fuller room, small garage area, or similar household load.
About 3/4 truck load $575–$675 Multiple rooms or a larger cleanout.
Full 10-foot truck load $725–$875 A large garage, basement, estate, or move-out load that fits one planned truck.
One-load cleanout $650–$900 A complete cleanout fitting one planned truck; access, labor, weight, and disposal affect the quote.

These are planning ranges—not automatic quotes. A low route-stacked price applies only when the job genuinely shares a route or avoids dedicated vehicle costs. Photos and access details let me confirm the right price without pricing every worst-case assumption into the job.

Moving, heavy lifting, and transport

Moving jobs are priced by the actual service: in-home labor, labor-only loading, dedicated transport, a local move with a truck, or moving plus disposal.

Two-person moving help — $295 for up to two hours

For eligible nearby, straightforward in-home moving or loading and unloading customer-provided transportation. Additional time is $150 per hour. Truck rental, driving and disposal are not included. We confirm the item list, access and eligibility before booking; specialty items, difficult access and extra services are quoted separately.

For labor-only service, you arrange and drive the vehicle. Any rental, mileage, fuel or coverage charges are paid separately to your provider. We can also quote a NewPath-arranged transport option when appropriate.

Furniture or appliance transport

$395–$650

Typical range for a nearby single item through two to five items, multiple stops, or more complex access. Appliances must be safely disconnected.

Local moving with truck

$425–$575 packages

Typical two- or three-hour packages, then $175/hour. Route, parking, tolls, supplies, and truck size are reviewed before booking.

Mixed moving plus disposal

$575–$900

For jobs combining furniture logistics with haul-away and disposal.

Recurring waste pickup

$275–$300 per pickup

Or $550–$600 for two monthly pickups, depending on the verified recurring scope and route.
